Patrick and Marie-Cecile Henry took over the vineyard 35 years ago, and it has now been in the family for 3 generations. At the time they undertook the restructuration of the vineyard with noble grape varieties. Today we can say that all the required conditions have been brought together to produce some very subtle and balanced red, rosÃ© and white wines. They are produced either from single grape varieties or from subtle blends of different ones. Quality sparkling wines from traditional champenoise method are also available.
