Shipping Information (see shipping table)
-All wines sold from Suburbanwines.com are sold at its licensed
premises in New York. Title of the goods then passes to the
buyer. The buyer must be at least 21 years of age and is solely
responsible for all alcoholic shipments. Consequently,
all of our wine shipments require an adult signature to acknowledge
receipt. By placing an order with us, you authorize us to act
on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order
to you. Because several states impose limitations on the type
and quantity of alcoholic beverages that may be shipped within
their borders, Suburban strongly recommends our customers to
investigate the law for shipments into the state to which their
order is being shipped.
-Because of the complexity of wine distribution regulations,
we have to limit the distribution of wines based on your shipping
destination.
-To protect your purchase during shipping, a 1% carrier insurance
charge will be added to all orders.

single-bottle containers at the cost per container shown in the table.
- Alaska and Hawaii shipments are $107 per 12-bottle case.
- We are unable to ship to Maryland at this time.
- All Orders are shipped in StyrofoamŪ Containers.
- Orders larger than 12 bottles, ship in separate boxes.
Example: 14 bottles will be shipped as 12 + 2.
- Minimum order of $50 for all shipping to a single location.
- Please be aware that we will always err on the side of caution when it comes to shipping out your wine in foul weather. Our shipping manager, Fred Horowitz, always checks the weather report of the destination to ensure that your wine is shipped in the best possible conditions. We will hold your wine, at no additional cost, until the weather is appropriate. Please note that your credit card will be billed once the order is complete, regardless of when it is shipped. If your shipment is of a time sensitive nature, just let us know! We will always do our best to accommodate your requests.

Return Policy:
All returns must be handled in-store and all returns will be for store credit. Wines that are thought to be 'off' must be returned to the store as quickly as possible for evaluation by our staff. We will not honor returns on wines after one year from the date of purchase. All returns require the original receipt, and will be for store credit only.

Cancellations:
Please note that there is a 10% restocking fee for all orders that are cancelled after they have been processed.
