Made in the Champagne method, but instead of adding yeast and sugar to start the second fermentation, grape must is added. An incredibly fresh bubbly that is swirling notes of minerality, fresh herbs, and wild strawberries. Then the palate displays a vibrancy and zestiness you don’t expect! Wild forest berries and strawberries blend with notes of elderflower and citrus peel! Incredibly complex but incredibly delicious!
